Sports: An important component to leading a healthy lifestyle.

Sports play pivotal role in shaping lives and leading a healthy lifestyle. It helps all age groups to develop muscular strength and improve overall health. A regular fitness activity improves digestion and increases physiological processes and hence creates creativity. Sports provides a positive influence on one's personality, character and self-esteem. It creates a discipline in our body as well as mind and this makes us successful in all aspects.As we know healthy body has a healthy mind and again healthy mind does its duty to make body healthy. Sports helps in enhancement of reflexes and developing motor skills. Hand-eye coordination is also improved. It also relieves stress. When one exercises, body releases chemicals called endorphins, which triggers a positive feeling in a body. Sports act as a killer of all useless thoughts and creates positivity, no matter we play outdoor sports such as football, hockey, cricket, running etc or indoor sports like brain games, chess, cards, sudoku etc. It improves mental power and concentration. Sports strengthen mind and this strengthen mind act as a driver for body and indirectly will help in bodily improvement too. Although we must be educated for good name,fame, money etc but what if, we have poor mind and body? No one can enjoy life without sound mind and body and this can only be achieved by sports. Every kind of people can get benefits from sports.

Sports are very nice and interesting way to get involved in the physical activities which benefits a lot. We can see top countries where every citizen is surely fond of sports of one or other types as compared to India and hence the fitness level of them as compared to Indians is more. Sports are given much importance in many countries as they know its real benefits. Sports play an important part in the personal and professional life of a person. Even in India we can see Sports have a good scope. Coming up of big leagues in India like cricket, hockey, football, badminton, volleyball, kabaddi sports has become most efficient way to establish a better career. In some countries sports and game activities are arranged in the celebration of some events or festivals.  If one wants to be confident, punctual, more active, disciplined, patient then he or she must adopt sports and games. Being involved in the sports activities helps is getting protected from numerous diseases such as obesity, heart problems, diabetes, arthritis etc. It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and anger. Sports acts as RASAYANA that can totally change human life and to overcome the problems of life and to move on.Sports increases social interaction and develops sportsman spirit in an individual. If we can see and judge Human Life is also a Sport and playing sports and games continuously means motivating the mental and physical growth. Sports removes all the mental tiredness and lethargy by improving the blood circulation. Education and Sports are two sides of same coin which always leads to success. Sports nourishes the life of an individual. Its a best way to burn calories and manages weight. So the conclusion is a healthy mind lives in a healthy body, it cheers you up and lifts your mode making you productive and focused. It teaches us discipline, value of time and team spirit which helps us to beat every challenge and achieve success in our life. So LIVE SPORTS LIVE LIFE as it extends the longevity of life. Sports boosts up one's mind and keeps the spirits high.
