Affect of Sports on health

Sports is beneficials to every human beings. Sports is an activity involving the physical exersice and also build the fitness of human body as well.It includs the activity or games usually also a majorsourse of entertainmrnt. Sports is many types like olyampic,swimming,diving,basketball, Tennis,badmintton, golf, cricket, Hockey etc. Sports is the physical activity that test our athletic abilities. Sports are the nice way to get involved in the physical activities which benefits a lot for every human body. It have nice scope for the sports person nationally as well as intrernationaly.



Sports activities have been made complusory in schools and colleges for the student's good physical health. mental health and professional caeer. Sports have a nice careerin future for any one who involved dedicatedly. It is very beneficial especially for the students as it support physical as well as mental development. People who much interested and good in sports can live more active and healthy life. They can develop better discipline and leadership qualities at workplace as well.



Sports are generally liked by everyone especially kids however it may harm them in many ways . However, kids love to go outside and play sports and sports or games with their friends. If we look on the history, we see that sports are given much importance from the ancient time.It modren time growing popularity of other entertainment things like video games, lelevision etc. are decreased the demand of sports and games in the life. However, it also true that sports and games treated by many countries as cultural activities, so we can never finish in the future.



Sports and games are very beneficialy to us they teach us punctually, paitent, displine, teamwork and dedication. Playing sports helps us in building and improving confidence level. If we can be more activity and healthy. Being involved in the sports activies help us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problem, diabetes , etc.It makes us a more disipline, patient, punctual,courtous in life.



It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weakness . It makes us bold and gives the feelings of happiness by reducing the occurrende of an angry. It makes physically fit and mentally comfort using which we can easily deal with all problems.



Sports are nice physial activities that provide freedom from the stress and worriies It has a nice scope and professional career for the sports persons It benefits our body, mind and soul. Some people palys it daily for their body and mind fitness, enjoyment,etc however some plays it to get valuablet status in their life . no  one can ignore its values in the personal and professional life.  



So in conclusion  it is a physical activity still enjoyed as a natural expression of energy. the conclusion shows that the 19th century idea of fair play and sportsmanship still shapes the way in which sports  is thought about.
